Community Manager

About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to grow and nurture Pokili's vibrant community of event organizers, creators, and attendees. You'll be the voice of Pokili in the community and advocate for our users internally.

Responsibilities

• Build, engage, and grow Pokili's community across social channels, Discord, and offline event meetups.
• Connect directly with event organizers to gather feedback and foster strong creator relationships.
• Organize community events, workshops, webinars, and live Q&A sessions.
• Create engaging content, announcements, and educational resources tailored for organizers.
• Monitor community sentiment and communicate user insights to the product and growth teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, developer relations, or community-led growth.
• Passionate about events, entertainment, culture, and creator economies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience organizing virtual and in-person community events.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to building authentic human connections.
